Return & Exchange Policy

We hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase from Truluck & Henry. However, if an item does not meet your expectations, our updated Return & Exchange Policy is outlined below.

Truluck & Henry (T&H) will issue store credit or an exchange when all of the following conditions are met:

• The merchandise is returned within 10 calendar days of delivery; and
• The merchandise is in its original, unused condition, unless there is a confirmed manufacturer defect; and
• The merchandise is accompanied by the original packing slip or order confirmation email; and
• The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges unless the item is confirmed defective.

A 20% restocking fee will be applied to approved returns that are not related to defects.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Additional rules may apply (see below).

T&H does not provide refunds, except in cases of confirmed manufacturing defects.

For all eligible returns:

• Store credit will be issued in the form of a digital code.
• Store credit may be used toward future purchases and expires based on current policy terms.

If the item is defective and approved for refund, it will be refunded to the original form of payment.

Truluck & Henry reserves the right to:

• Limit or refuse returns or exchanges,
• Determine eligibility based on the condition of the item received,
• Require photo verification before approving a return request.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless the error is on our part or the item arrives damaged or defective:

• Personalized or custom items
• Monogrammed items
• Items that have been altered or modified in any way

For defective personalized or monogrammed items, we will remake or replace the item at no cost to you.
